FAQ
Is parking available nearby the Festival?
Yes, there is a limited amount of parking available in the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre/Vancouver Museum parking lot and under the Burrard Street Bridge. Festival parking staff will direct you upon arrival. When parking, please respect "Residents Only" parking signs by parking in designated areas only.
Are there pay phones on site?
No, there are no pay phones at the Festival.
Is there a bank machine on site?
Yes, there is indeed.
Is food available on site?
Food vendors, with snacks, lunches, coffee and other refreshments to suit every taste are located between Tent #2 and Tent #3.
If I have a performance ticket, do I also need to pay to get through the Festival gates?
No. A performance ticket is also your ticket into the Festival on that same day. You can either buy your tickets in advance through Ticketmaster (Tel. 604.280.3311), or upon arrival at the Festival gates. If you want to come back on another day when you don't have a performance ticket, you'll need to pay the $8.00 gate admission fee.
At what age do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
There is no charge for site admission or performances for children under the age of 18 months.
