Make Your Child The Star of a Fairy Tale with Personalised Baby Book Gifts

Fairies turn your little girls into princesses and entertaining animals help your child learn their name and the names of animals too!

One of our US customers told me about these books that are customized with the name of your child. For girls, there is the Fairy Princess book that features flower and berry fairies and for boys (and girls) there is the My Very Own Name book that features hilarious animals. Each book is customized to the name of your child.

These custom books feature either enchanting fairies or entertaining animals that bring the letters of your child’s name one by one to spell their first and last name. The animals that bring each letter also represent that letter too! What a fun way for your child to learn their name and names of animals.

To see an example of what these books look like visit www.iseeme.com

p.s. if you know of some really great and unique children’s gifts, please send me an email and I’ll post them on our blog for others to see too!

Hip and Happening at the Kids Market for Babies and Children

Kitty corner to us is The Hairloft, a full service hair salon that specializes in children's haircuts and ear piercing for young children. Some of our customers get their hair done up and a little bit of gloss before heading our way for their portrait session. It makes for a very special day for your princesses!

The Hairloft is the home of the zebra seat for toddlers and have a full collection of children's DVDs to keep them entertained while they get their hair cut. On Sundays, parents can book the Hairloft for a Little Princess Spa Birthday Party... get pampered and have cake too!

At the other corner is Aunt Em's, they have been at the Kids Market for over 20 years. They are the original place to buy hip and chic styles for babies and children specializing children's designer wear from Marese, Miniman, Roxy, and Elle.

At the other end of the second floor is the Adventure Zone with a supervised play area, coin operated rides, candy store with old fashioned novelties and frozen treats, arcade games for children, and a big (two floors and four levels) ball pit with slides, tunnels, and different levels to climb to and all around.

Come visit and make a whole day of it!

Family Christmas Entertainment by Clownin Around Magic at the Kids Market

If you can make it down for our Christmas program, be sure to check out the "Spirit of Christmas" Magic Show. It is an original story written by and performed by Amanda (our resident magician and clown).

She has a unique store, Clownin Around Magic, it is Vancouver's only magic store. It offers magic that ranges from slight of hand that can be performed by children to very sophisticated illusion magic for adults. Whether you are just starting out or a soon to be Houdini, this store will help get you started. Amanda, also known as Smarty Pants the Clown, is also available for birthday parties. You might already know her from all the free magic shows she does during Halloween, Spring Break/Easter Holiday, and Christmas.
