Every portrait is special… together we can help you decide which costume to wear with our backgrounds. We provide fancy white or purple dresses for the girls (up to size 12) and overalls for the boys (up to size 8). There is also a selection of white golf shirts and small white pants for the boys to dress them as angels. For babies, we provide diaper covers. You are not limited to our costumes, your children may wear their own clothing and bring along their own props. When selecting their own clothing, we recommend solid colours and to please note that black, dark navy, or dark brown clothing is not suitable for our backgrounds. Parents have brought along hats, favourite toys, and a fishing tackle box to personalize and to create the perfect mood of their child’s portrait. A very creative mom even had her children dress up in pajamas, carry teddy bears and lanterns in our dock background – it was very adorable! Here is the step by step process. The time it takes to move through the process will vary depending on your child and/or children. We do, however, always book a full hour with each of our customers as this gives us the time to work with your child and to develop the trust for natural smiles. We also realize that some toddlers are ready to go as soon as they arrive and we have the flexibility and know how to work according to your child’s pace. If we are unable to have a successful session, there is no obligation to purchase a package.
Step 1: You'll start by selecting the background in which you want your child or children portrayed. Choosing just the right setting and unique costume is fun and easy with help from our friendly and patient photographers.
Step 2: Once dressed, it is now on to our posing table where the photo session begins. Our entertaining and professional photographers understand how to work with your child to bring out the smiles naturally and effortlessly. Parents with young babies like our unique method of photography because they can actually hold their child during the session.
Step 3: By the time your child changes back into their clothes, your photographs will be on the screen and ready to view. Deciding which of the heartwarming poses to use is the hard part!

After selecting the portrait package that is right for you, your chosen pictures are sent to our lab where the background artistry is added. Finished portraits are available for pick up in three weeks.
